| January February | OFFSHORE - Great time for kingfish! Sailfish, tuna, and wahoo are offshore in 100 - 250 ft. of water. We are live baiting with kites and/or trolling with ballyhoo (our local bait) and artificials (lures). Wahoo start biting in February. INSHORE - Reef fishing for grouper, snapper, mackerel and yellow jacks. |
| March - April | OFFSHORE - SAILFISH! SAILFISH! SAILFISH! The sails are here! Migrating through are waters, they are feeding on the surface. Bonito and cobia action are good. Permit also show up toward the end of March on our reef and we fish these with live crabs on spinning tackle. INSHORE - Reef fishing for grouper, snapper, mackerel and yellow jacks. FLATS/BACKCOUNTRY - On days that the weather is nice, we can also fish the back country for tarpon, sharks and barracuda aboard our 18 ft skiff, Shadow (Maximum of two people) Half day times subject to change dependent upon the tides. |

OFFSHORE - As the weather turns nicer we venture out into the deep blue waters. 700 ft plus for dolphin, sailfish, marlin and wahoo. FLATS/BACKCOUNTRY - Tarpon are around in vast numbers. Poling the flats and live baiting are popular methods to catch these acrobatic sport fish. |

OFFSHORE - Dolphin are sometimes around in great numbers, other years they have disappeared completely. Each year is different. Wahoo, sailfish and marlin are still around. The weather is beautiful! FLATS/BACKCOUNTRY - Hot, Hot, Hot, We provide golf umbrella shade while catching bonefish, permit, tarpon, shark and barracuda. |

October |
OFFSHORE - Even the fish head back to "school" in September!! Barracuda bonito, jacks, and a huge sailfish migration once again occurs through our waters. (late September early October) Live baiting and/or trolling. FLATS/BACKCOUNTRY - Great action with bonefish, sharks, and barracuda |

December |
OFFSHORE - Small kingfish start showing up as November weather brings cooler waters. Sailfish, bonito, and tuna are active. Wahoo action begins in November and runs through December. |
